PU foam 330x180x20 mm

The electrostatic dissipative PU foam from EPApack, measuring 330x180x20 mm and featuring a 1:1 nub profile, offers an optimal solution for use in shipping boxes to safely transport sensitive electronic components according to the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. The pink color of the foam facilitates visual differentiation and assignment.
The material is made of open-cell, soft polyurethane that provides excellent adaptability and protective function. The technical specifications include a length of 330 mm, a width of 180 mm, and a thickness of 20 mm. The conductivity of the material is dissipative, which increases safety when handling electronic components.
The PU foam is characterized by high resistance with an operating temperature from -10 to 100 °C, a self-ignition temperature of 400 °C, and a decomposition temperature of 180 °C. With proper storage, the material is durable for up to 2 years.

PU Foam for shipping boxes

These soft PU foams are electrostatically dissipative. They are suitable for use in shipping boxes and are available in the napped foam profile 1:1 or smooth foam versions. The PU foams are characterized by the following properties:

  • pink
  • polyurethane
  • open-cell
  • Operating temperature: -10 - 100 °C
  • Auto-ignition temperature: 400 °C
  • Decomposition temperature: 180 °C
  • in compliance with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1
