Vacuum packaging machine SDV-700

The SDV-700 vacuum sealer from Totech SuperDry is an advanced solution for the ESD vacuum packaging of moisture-sensitive materials. This device effectively reduces humidity and oxygen content in the bags, making it ideal for the storage and transport of electronic components.

The vacuum sealing machine features a powerful vacuum unit and a double seal seam, which allows for fast and reliable sealing of aluminum bags up to a material thickness of 180 µm. The high-pressure welding system ensures a consistent seam temperature and an even sealing pattern, even with sensitive packaging materials.

Unique is the integrated stepped vacuum function, specially developed for highly outgassing products, to reduce residual moisture and oxygen content particularly effectively. The machine features a stainless steel housing and chamber, an ESD-safe acrylic lid, and an adjustable-height insertion plate. With dimensions of 970 mm width, 1070 mm height, and 870 mm depth, and a pump capacity of 63 m³ per hour, the device is robust and efficient.

Additionally, the four caster wheels, two of which have locks, enhance mobility, and the wireless sealing bars simplify maintenance.
