The long sleeve Coolmax® ALL SEASON black ESD polo shirt, manufactured by DPV and branded under the COOLMAX ALL SEASON technology, is specifically designed for use in ESD-protected work areas. This highly functional garment is made from a blend of 96% Coolmax® ALL SEASON and 4% conductive fibers, making it particularly breathable and ensuring effective electrostatic discharge capability according to the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1.The weight of the single jersey fabric is 160 g/m², and the polo shirt is available in sizes XS to 4XL. The ESD logo on the sleeve confirms compliance with the standard. It offers both evaporative cooling at higher temperatures and a thermal insulation effect in cooler conditions, making it ideal for variable climates.
The ease of care is supported by machine washability up to 30°C, and the long sleeves provide additional protection and comfort. The polo shirt is not only functional but also comfortable, as it effectively wicks moisture away from the body, ensuring a consistently dry wearing experience.

Gentle washing up to 30°C
The garment should be washed in a gentle cycle at a maximum temperature of 30°C (reduced spin speed or no spin cycle). Suitable for more delicate materials (viscose, certain synthetic materials).
COOLMAX® ALL SEASON
The material combines high comfort with optimal functionality. The specially developed polyester fibers reliably transport moisture away from the skin to the outside, where it can evaporate quickly. This keeps the skin pleasantly dry and ensures a lasting feeling of freshness.
At the same time, the special fiber structure ensures reliable thermoregulation: it has a cooling effect in hot weather and an insulating effect in cold weather. COOLMAX® is easy to care for and, thanks to its antistatic fabric with conductive fibers, is particularly suitable for use in ESD-protected work areas. This combines functionality with noticeable comfort and is ideal for professional use.
Do not bleach
Do not use peroxide or chlorine bleach when washing. Do not use heavy-duty or universal detergents (only color or mild detergents).
Ironing max. 110°C
The garment can be ironed at a temperature not exceeding 110°C. Do not use steam.
Do not tumble dry
The garment cannot be tumble dried.
No chemical cleaning
The garment is not suitable for dry cleaning.
No acidic or alkaline solvents
Avoid contact between the garment and acidic or alkaline solvents (e.g., descalers, lyes, or chemical cleaning agents). Such substances can attack the surface, cause discoloration, or permanently damage the structure of the material.
Do not use any softener
Do not use fabric softener when washing the garment, as this can damage the fibers and reduce the product's lifespan and functionality.
