Screw profiles
A screw connection is the most commonly used connection technology. The right screw profile is required to prevent damage to the screw and to enable maximum force transmission. You will find the following profiles in the DPV range:
Slot
As one of the very first screw profiles, a simple slot serves as a receptacle for the tool tip. As the blade tends to slip out of the screw, it is not suitable for machine screwing.

Phillips (cross tip)
The cross recess profile is formed from two slotted profiles crossed at right angles. The profile has good screw properties - the force is applied at four edges and makes it easier to screw in.
Pozidriv
The Pozidriv profile is a further development of the Phillips profile. Two crosses offset by 45 degrees form this profile. However, one of the crosses is narrower and also less deep.

Torx
The Torx profile is a star-shaped profile with six rounded tips. A higher torque can be transmitted with this profile. Slipping of the tool is not possible.
Torx Plus
Torx Plus profile is similar to the star-shaped profile of Torx, but with flattened tips. In comparison, even higher torques can be achieved.

Torx Tamper Resistant
The Torx tamper-resistant profile is a safety profile and differs only by a hole in the tool, which prevents screwing by unauthorized persons
Hexagonal
The hexagonal profile consists of six lateral surfaces that are at an angle of 120 degrees to each other. Several versions of the hexagonal profile are available. Socket wrench - the tool tip is placed around the screw. Hexagon ball head - the ball head enables screwing at a 25 degree angle.

Different handles for screwing - See through now
Dissipative ESD handles - screwdrivers
Suitable for working on electrostatically sensitive components. The conductive handles dissipate electrostatic charges in a controlled manner and - when correctly earthed - protect components from ESD damage.
Dissipative ESD handles - precision screwdrivers
Ideal for precision work on electrostatically sensitive components. The conductive handles dissipate electrostatic charges in a controlled manner and - when correctly earthed - protect components from ESD damage. The slim handles with a twist cap enable fast and precise work.
Voltage-insulated VDE handles - screwdrivers[
Ideal for live working. The electrically insulated screwdriver handles are ideal for all work on live parts.
Voltage-insulated VDE handles - precision screwdrivers
Suitable for live working. The electrically insulated screwdriver handles are ideal for all work on live parts. Slim handles with a twist cap enable fast and precise work.
Standard handles - screwdrivers
Suitable for all screwdriving work under non-specific conditions.
