Personnel test stations

Personnel test stations are used to check personnel earthing when entering ESD protection zones (EPA). They are a central component of access control systems and ensure that the permissible limit values for body and shoe resistance in accordance with DIN EN 61340-5-1 are complied with. This is necessary to minimize the risk of electrostatic discharge when handling sensitive assemblies. In addition to our innovative EPApro® personnel grounding control system, supplementary components such as signal lights, turnstiles, ESD floor mats and the PGT 120 personnel test station including accessories enable the standard-compliant construction of test stations in the EPA access area.
