The personnel grounding tester PGT 120 is a wrist strap and footwear tester used for the access control of ESD protected areas.
The test result is indicated with visual and acoustic signals. An additional floating relay contact provides the possibility to activate e.g. a door opener or a turnstile for access control.
Power is supplied via an integrated battery or a power supply unit.
The separate measuring circuits allow the simultanous testing of wrist strap, left and right shoe.
Separate measurement of the contact resistance of the left and right shoe
In combination with a access control system (e.g. turnstiles), the footwear measurement can be performed in the so-called "hands-free mode" without pressing a button
Test voltage 30 V, 50 V or 100 volt (default setting)
The lower limit values can be deactivated.
Can be used as desktop and wall-mounted device (wall mounting requires an additional wall mounting plate)
Limit values adjustable via DIP switches
