Soldering tips (RTM MS series) for WXMP MS, WTMP MS, WMRP MS

The RT Micro MS (RTM MS) soldering tip series is designed for the WXMP MS and WMRP MS soldering irons. The series includes powerful active soldering tips with a heat-up time of 5 seconds for micro and standard soldering tasks. Thanks to its large selection of geometries and sizes, it covers a wide range of applications. The tips are suitable for professional soldering work in aerospace technology, electronics, sensor technology, the military and the automotive industry.

MS soldering tips are MIL-SPEC compliant, i.e. they are used according to MIL-STD-2000. In contrast to conventional soldering tips, they have additional insulation to ground, which avoids interference frequencies. MS soldering tips are not compatible with conventional handpieces, but must always be used with MS soldering irons.

Weller offers 3 different tip technologies, the RT series offers the Active-Tip technology.
