PU gridded foam dissipative, soft, smooth

This gridded foam is electrostatically dissipative ans suitable for the use in shipping boxes and as upholstery foam. It has a 15x15 mm grid punching, which enables flexible adaptation to different component sizes. The raster foam is characterized by the following properties:

  • pink
  • polyurethane
  • grid 15x15 mm
  • smooth, soft, open-cell
  • Operating temperature: -10 to 100 °C
  • Auto-ignition temperature: 400 °C
  • Decomposition temperature: 180 °C
  • in compliance with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1
