CORproTRONIC partition container 386 x 386 x 176 mm

The CORproTRONIC partition container from Kolb is an efficient solution for the storage and transport of sensitive electronic components. This model, measuring 386 x 386 x 176 mm, is made from high-quality corrugated cardboard and offers optimal protection against electrostatic discharges with its electrostatically dissipative coating both inside and outside. The surface is additionally water-repellent and scratch-resistant sealed, making the container particularly durable.
The internal dimensions of the container are 386 x 386 x 176 mm, and it has 30 compartments that can be adjusted by removing or adding longitudinal and transverse partitions to meet different needs. With nine longitudinal and four transverse partitions, the container offers flexible options for configuring the interior space. The black color and the ESD warning print also make the container visually suitable for use in ESD protected areas.
In addition to the lid, which protects the contents from external influences, the container is characterized by its high shielding property and a surface resistance of 10^7 to 10^9 ohms. The container is fully recyclable, making it also suitable for environmentally conscious companies. Individual parts such as containers, lids, and partitions are available on request, allowing for custom adaptation and expansion.

CORproTRONIC container

CORproTRONIC corrugated cardboard partition containers are characterized by their robust construction and well-thought-out design. The containers are equipped with dissipative short or long partitions. By removing individual partitions, it is possible to change the compartment sizes. This allows variants A, B, or C to be produced from the basic variant.

The partition containers have the following common features:

  • black
  • Lid included
  • Electrostatically conductive coating and sealing inside and outside
  • Water-repellent and scratch-resistant coating on the outside
  • Surface resistance inside/outside cover::   RS = 107 - 109 Ohm
  • High shielding properties
