CORproTRONIC shipping box 155x70x25mm with foam for pin insertion

The CORproTRONIC shipping box manufactured by Kolb, with dimensions of 155x70x25mm, has been specifically designed for the transportation of sensitive electronic components. This box is the direct successor to the CORTRONIC E-Prom series and is distinguished by its robust construction and enhanced protective features. It is available in a black exterior color and a blue interior color, both of which exhibit high resistance.
The electrically conductive PE foam inside provides effective electrostatic shielding under 10 nJ (Energy Bag Test) and offers a surface resistance of 10^7 to 10^9 Ω. Additionally, the box features an ESD warning print, type designation, and a recycling symbol, making it particularly qualified for technical use.
The external dimensions of the box are 159mm in length and 76mm in width, while the interior measures 155mm in length, 70mm in width, and 25mm in height. This product thus offers high shielding properties and long-lasting color stability, ideal for the safe shipping and protection of your electronic components.

CORproTRONIC shipping box TEP

These CORproTRONIC shipping boxes are the successors to the CORTRONIC E-Prom series and are specially designed for the safe shipping of sensitive electronic components. The shipping boxes in this product family are available either without foam or with electrically conductive foam for pin insertion (6 mm PE or PU) or with napped foam (10 mm).

They have the following common features:

  • Interior color: blue
  • Exterior color: black (NEW)
  • Long-lasting color fastness
  • Surface resistance RS = 107 - 109 Ω (NEW)
  • High shielding properties
  • Electrostatic shielding <10 nJ (Energy Bag Test)
  • Standard imprint: ESD warning imprint, type designation, recycling symbol.
