DRY-Shield ESD protective bag DPV-2000 406 x 457 mm

The DRY-Shield ESD protection bag DPV-2000 by DPV, distributed under the brand EPApack, is a highly functional shielding and barrier bag available in the dimensions 406 x 457 mm (16 x 18"). This bag is made from an innovative multilayer material consisting of dissipative polyethylene and polyester, as well as an aluminum-coated polyester film, making it particularly resistant to moisture. The water vapor permeability is only 0.31 g/m².
The electrostatic shielding is below 15 nJ and the surface resistance is below 10^11 Ω, which means the bag meets the standards of MIL-PRF-81705 and ANSI/ESD STM11.31. With a thickness of 0.09 mm and the ability to be vacuum-sealed and welded, this bag offers additional security for sensitive components. However, it is not resealable.
Each bag also comes with a standard print that includes the ESD warning symbol, moisture symbol, type designation, recycling symbol, LOT number, and RoHS symbol, which facilitates use in regulated environments. The bag is both amine-free and lead-free, making it an environmentally friendly packaging solution. The packaging unit (VPE) includes 100 pieces.

DRY-SHIELD Protective bag DPV-2000

These dissipative metallized shielding bags are moisture-impermeable, metallized barrier bags with a special multilayer made of dissipative polyethylene and polyester as well as aluminium-coated polyester film. The bags offer excellent protection against moisture and electrostatic charge.
