Shielding bag DPV-1000 "metal-in" 76 x 127 mm

The DPV-1000 "metal-in" shielding bags from EPApack, manufactured by DPV, provide reliable protection for electronic components against electrostatic discharges (ESD). These bags are made from multi-layer polyester and polyethylene, with the inner layer being amine-free. The surface resistances of the outer and inner layers range between 10^10 and 10^11 Ω.
With a size of 76 x 127 mm and a material thickness of 0.078 mm, the bags are transparent and allow easy identification of the contents. They are not only sealable but also available with various closure solutions such as adhesive closure, tear notches, and security seal tape, which prevent unauthorized access.
The bags are characterized by electrostatic shielding of less than 15 nJ and a very fast discharge time of a maximum of 0.03 seconds. They are specifically suitable for assemblies with batteries and accumulators, where controlled discharge of existing charges occurs without spontaneous discharge. They are standardly printed with the ESD warning symbol, type designation, RoHS compliance, and a recycling symbol, and meet the standards of MIL-PRF-81705D, ANSI/ESD STM 11.11, and other relevant standards.

The dissipative metallized shielding bags DPV-1000 protect electronic parts and components from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and prevent a static charge on the bag, which could damage ESD-sensitive parts and assemblies.

 On request, the DPV-1000 packaging bags can be equipped with the following closure solutions:


The dissipative metallized shielding bags differ in size within this product family.
