PU foam, soft 353x253x10 mm

This electrostatically conductive black PU foam measures 353x253x10 mm and is made from high-quality polyurethane with a material density of 40 kg/cm³. It is characterized by its softness and smooth surface, making it ideal as cushioning foam. This product meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it also excellent for applications requiring static electricity control. The surface resistance is between 10^3 and 10^4 Ohm.
In addition to its high conductivity, the foam offers an operating temperature range from -30 to 100 °C, allowing for versatile use in various environments. The foam is available in configurations such as profiled foam 1:1 or as smooth foam, enabling customization to specific requirements.

PU foam, soft, conductive

These soft PU foams are electrostatically dissipative. They are suitable for use in shipping boxes and are available in the napped foam profile 1:1 or smooth foam versions. The PU foams are characterized by the following properties:

  • open-cell
  • black

  • Surface resistance: 103 - 105 Ω
  • Material density of smooth foam: 20 - 30 kg/cm³
  • Material density of napped foam: 40 kg/cm³
  • Operating temperature: -30 - 100 ° C

  • in compliance with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1
