This electrostatically conductive black PU foam measures 553x353x20 mm and is made from high-quality polyurethane. The material density is 23 kg/cm³, ensuring optimal stability and durability. PU Foam, soft, conductive

These soft PU foams are electrostatically dissipative. They are suitable for use in shipping boxes and are available in the napped foam profile 1:1 or smooth foam versions. The PU foams are characterized by the following properties:

  • open-cell
  • black

  • Surface resistance: 103 - 105 Ω
  • Material density of smooth foam: 20 - 30 kg/cm³
  • Material density of napped foam: 40 kg/cm³
  • Operating temperature: -30 - 100 ° C

  • in compliance with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1
