PU foam 100x55x10 mm

The electrostatic dissipative PU foam from EPApack offers an optimal solution for use in shipping boxes to comply with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. This product is made from high-quality polyurethane and is available in a soft, open-cell design with a 1:1 nub profile.
The dimensions of the foam are 100 mm in length, 55 mm in width, and 10 mm in thickness. The pink color of the foam facilitates visual identification and classification in ESD-protected areas.
Additionally, this material is characterized by its conductivity, which ensures the safe dissipation of electrostatic charges. The PU foam is suitable for use in a temperature range from -10 to 100 °C and has a self-ignition temperature of 400 °C and a decomposition temperature of 180 °C. With proper storage, the foam has a durability of up to 2 years.

These PU foams with napped foam profile are electrostatically dissipative. They are suitable for use in shipping boxes and as upholstery foam. The PU foams are characterized by the following properties:

  • pink
  • polyurethane
  • napped foam profile 1:1, soft, open-cell
  • surface resistance < 1010 Ω
  • dissipative
  • Operating temperature: -10 - 100 °C
  • Auto-ignition temperature: 400 °C
  • Decomposition temperature: 180 °C
