The ESD-EC electric screwdriver CG120 from Kilews represents the pinnacle of innovation in modern manufacturing technology. This high-precision EC screw system is specifically designed for demanding screw applications where safety and accuracy are paramount. With a torque range from 2.4 to 12.0 Nm and a no-load speed of up to 1000 RPM, the device enables direct measurement recording via torque and angle sensors, ensuring precise control and error minimization in the screwing process.
The flexibility of the system allows for adaptation to various screw cases and strategies, including multi-stage procedures and torque and angle screwing methods. The electric screwdriver is ESD-safe and features built-in LED lighting for optimal visibility. Other features include a direction switch, screw counting, and process monitoring, which together ensure seamless documentation and traceability.
The device weighs 1130 g, has a length of 313 mm, and uses a 9.53 mm (3/8 inch) drive system, designed for use with Type B/Square bits and offers a continuous torque adjustment with an accuracy of ±7.5%. Developed in Germany and manufactured in Taiwan, this system was awarded the Taiwan Excellence Award 2020. Please note that the appropriate control unit must be ordered separately.

Direct measured value acquisition for maximum precision

EC screwdriving systems record the measured values directly via high-precision torque and rotation angle sensors. This direct recording of measured values enables precise control of the screwdriving process and eliminates sources of error that can arise due to fluctuations in the motor current.

EC screwdriving systems offer unsurpassed flexibility and adaptability for a wide range of screwdriving applications and strategies.
