The ESD-EC electric screwdriver CG250 from Kilews represents the latest standard in modern manufacturing technology and is specifically designed for precise and secure screw connections. This model, developed in Germany and produced in Taiwan, was honored with the Taiwan Excellence Award 2020 for its outstanding quality and performance. The screwdriver allows direct measurement recording through highly precise torque and angle sensors, ensuring exact control and error minimization in the screwing process.
The system's flexibility allows it to address a variety of screw cases and strategies, including multi-stage procedures and specific torque and angle screwing methods. The screwdriver features an ESD version with a grounded bit, integrated LED lighting for optimal visibility, and other functions such as screw counting, process monitoring, and a direction switch.
Technical specifications include a torque range of 5.0 to 25.0 Nm, a continuously adjustable torque with an accuracy of ±7.5%, and a no-load speed of up to 400 RPM. The device measures 325 mm in length and weighs 1790 g. The output voltage is 40 V/DC with a power of 90 W. The screwdriver is designed for bit types of type B/Square and a 3/8" (9.53 mm) chuck. Please note that the appropriate control unit must be ordered separately.
