ESD EC Electric screwdriver CG70

The ESD-EC electric screwdriver CG70 from Kilews offers a highly precise solution for modern manufacturing environments where safety and accuracy are paramount. This model is characterized by direct measurement acquisition using torque and angle sensors, which allow for precise control and monitoring of screwing processes. The flexibility of the system allows for adaptation to different screw cases and strategies, including multi-stage procedures and specific torque and angle configurations.
The technical specifications include a torque range from 1.4 to 7.0 Nm and a maximum no-load speed of 660 rpm, while the minimum speed is 70 rpm. The device measures 297 mm in length and weighs 830 g. It is equipped with a 1/4" (6.35 mm) bit holder and supports bit type B. The accuracy of the system is 7.5%, and it offers a power output of 90 W at a supply voltage of 40 V/DC.
Additional features such as ESD protection, built-in white LED lighting to enhance visibility at the workplace, a screw counting feature, and a direction switch enhance the screwdriver's application possibilities. Developed in Germany and produced in Taiwan, this model was awarded the Taiwan Excellence Award 2020. Please note that the appropriate control unit must be ordered separately.
