The offered PE foam with the size 353x253x10 mm is made of high-quality polyethylene and is characterized by its electrostatic dissipative ability. This material is cross-linked and closed-cell, making it corrosion-free and abrasion-resistant. The surface of the foam displays typical resistance values of 10^5 to 10^6 Ohm on the side with skin and 10^7 to 10^8 Ohm on the side without skin.The black color of the foam highlights its versatile usability, for example as plug-in foam, interlayers, web walls for containers, or as a workplace mat, complying with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. With a material density of 46 kg/cm³ and a maximum operating temperature of 90 °C, this foam offers a reliable solution for applications where electrostatic discharges must be avoided.
