PE foam plate, dissipative 1000x1500x3 mm

The PE foam board with dimensions 1000x1500x3 mm is made of high-quality polyethylene and available in black. This material is characterized by its electrostatic dissipative capability and complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it ideal for use in ESD-sensitive environments. The board is cross-linked and closed-cell, which makes it corrosion-free and abrasion-resistant.
The surface has different resistance values depending on the side: The skin side has a resistance of 10^5 to 10^6 Ohm, while the non-skin side ranges from 10^7 to 10^8 Ohm. These properties make the board versatile, for example, as plug foam, interlayers for containers, baffle walls for containers, or as a workstation underlay.
The maximum operating temperature of the material is 90 °C, which allows additional flexibility in various application areas. The board thus provides a reliable solution for technical requirements in various industrial environments.

PE foam interlayers, dissipative

These PE foam interlayers are electrostatically dissipative. They are covered with a thin layer (skin) on one side. The PE foams are also suitable as interlayers for use in shipping, as workstation underlays and partition walls for containers.

The PE foam interlayers are characterized by the following properties:

  • cross-linked
  • closed-cell
  • corrosion-free
  • abrasion-resistant
  • black
  • typical surface resistance: 105 - 106 Ohm (side with skin)
  • typical surface resistance: 107 - 108 Ohm (side without skin)
  • in compliance with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1

The interlayers are available in predefined dimensions or as individual cuttings.
