Static shielding bag type 1000-SCS Zip, reclosable

The shielding bags type 1000-SCS Zipprotect electronic parts and components from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and prevent static charge on the bag that could damage ESD-sensitive parts and assemblies.

Compared to the shielding bags type 1000-SCS the bags in this product family are reclosable with a zip closure. Within this product family, the dissipative metallized shielding bags differ in size.

They have the following common features:

  • Exterior - dissipative polyester
    Surface resistance RS = 104 - 1011 ohm
  • Metallization - aluminized
  • Interior - dissipative polyethylene
    Surface resistance RS = 104 - 1011 ohm
  • Electrostatic shielding <10nJ (Energy Test)
  • Multilayer structure, transparent 
  • lead-free
  • High shielding against fields, lowest triboelectrical charge
  • Controlled dissipation of existing charges without spontaneous discharge
  • Suitable for devices with disposable and rechargeable batteries 
  • side welded seam
  • Standard imprint: ESD symbol, type designation, and lot number.
