Elten safety shoes – Take a walk on the safe side
Tradition and progress are the basis of Elten GmbH who has been producing shoes in Uedem at the Lower Rhine since 1910. The family-run company is today one of the leading manufacturers of safety shoes in Europe. 
All Elten products are of course marked with a CE label and certified in compliance with EN ISO 20345. Many safety shoes are made from leather manufactured completely in Germany respecting environment-friendly conditions – CO2 neutral. When producing high-quality Terracare leathers the only German leather factory still tanning in the national territory uses a clearly reduced quantity of chemicals - protecting the environment and health of the wearer.
